TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF NON-INSULATED INDUSTRIAL TYPE OF BUILDINGS
1) TECHNICAL DATA
Buildings are manufactured in respect to the first level earthquake conditions. Wind speed is accepted as 100km/h, distributed snow load is accepted as 80kg/m2. Buildings are installed onto the reinforced concrete slab that is prepared beforehand and demontable.
2) DIMENSIONS
Building width is up to 10 meters (single span), and column height can be 4, 5, or 6 meters. The length of the building varies depending on the need as folds of 2.50 meters. Buildings can be constructed as multi-blocks by keeping the max. span of each block as 10 meters.
3) LOAD BEARING SYSTEMS
Load bearing systems consist of NPI columns, solid steel roof trusses, and special profile purlins. NPI columns are fixed to the plates with bolts. Wind connections of the NPI columns and all the other connections are carried out by steel bolts and nuts.
4) ROOF & FACADE CLADDING SYSTEMS
Trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets of 0.50mm thick are used. For roof cladding, those sheets are fixed on special profile purlins with help of steel bolts and nuts.
5) DOORS
Sliding doors are manufactured in 350cm x 350cm dimensions. (There is a personnel service door in 90cm x 200cm dimensions on the main door)
6) PAINT WORK (DYE)
All steel system is painted with anti-rust against rusting, and oil paint as the last layer.
7) ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise requested, no electrical installation shall be made in this type of industrial buildings.
