WALL PANELS

0.80 mm thick, specially formed trapezoidal sectioned scoured steel sheets (DKP-black sheets) are used as exterior sheathing, interior faces are covered with PVC wainscot. 40mm thick polystyrene insulation board is used as a means of insulation in between exterior and interior sheathing. Steel sheets are applied antirust paint on both faces to ensure longer lives.

ROOFING

Roof is covered with 0.50mm thick trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets. Rain water runs through hidden gussets inside container.

LOAD BEARING SYSTEM

Load bearing systems consist of lower and upper frames and columns which connect these frames to each other. Frames are made of 2mm thick specially formed scoured steel sheets. Special box profiles in the dimensions of 40x80x2.5mm are welded to the lower frame with some certain intervals in order to ensure the stability of lower frame and increase the load bearing capacity of it.

CEILING

Ceiling is covered with PVC wainscot and 80mm thick glass wool is laid on it for insulation purposes.

FLOOR

16mm thick cementboards are bolted on special box profiles on the lower frame and PVC floor tiles are laid on it.

DOORS

Exterior doors are made of sandwich panel and interior doors are made of pressed wood. Dimensions of exterior doors are 800 x 2000mm, interior doors of W.C. are 700 x 1980 mm.

WINDOWS

Window frames are made of PVC and windows are equipped with single pane with a thickness of 4 mm. Dimensions of windows are 900 x 1100 mm.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

All the installation is applied as hidden underneath the PVC wainscot. Phone outlets, power outlets and illumination globes and probes are provided as suitable. Switches, sockets and all fixtures are all TSE (Turkish Standards) certified.

SANITARY EQUIPMENT

Plumbing is carried out via PVC pipes and hidden (underneath PVC wainscot). All vitrified elements and armatures comply with TSE.  Kitchen sink, shower, washbowl and closet are placed in accordance with the layout plan of the container.

PAINTING

Phosphate applied to outer surfaces to repel oil and grease. Then, two coats of epoxy-based industrial primer (anti-rust) , and one-coat epoxy-based industrial paint is applied. Painting is done with help aid of air gun.
